Return & Delivery Policy

 

At Risen Bakery, we strive to provide fresh, handcrafted bread to our community with care and intention. Below is our official policy regarding local pickups, home deliveries, and returns.


 

Local Pickup at the Farmers Market

 

Customers who choose local pickup can retrieve their orders at the Chillicothe Farmers Market.

  • Summer Hours: Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

  • Winter Hours: Saturdays from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM

 

If you are unable to pick up your order during market hours, we kindly remind you that no refunds will be given.

Any unclaimed bread will be donated to someone in need after the market closes.

You may designate someone else to pick up your bread on your behalf — just let us know in advance so we can confirm the handoff.


 

Home Delivery

 

We offer Wednesday home deliveries to any address in Chillicothe, Ohio or Frankfort, Ohio.

  • Deliveries are one attempt only. If you are not home, or the drop-off location is not accessible, we do not reschedule and no refunds are given.

  • Please ensure any animals on your property are secured. We will not deliver to homes with aggressive animals.

  • Bread is delivered in paper packaging. We deliver rain or shine, so it’s your responsibility to provide a dry, safe place for your delivery.

 


 

No Refunds Policy

 

Because our products are perishable and made in small batches, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. We appreciate your understanding and support of our small business.
